Sassy Culture currently does not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed, due to the nature of the products we offer. If you are unsure about your purchase, we recommend reviewing the product details and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
Non-returnable products include:
- Personal use items (e.g., tote bags, plush products, home decor, accessories)
- Any opened or used items
- Items without original packaging and tags
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is received damaged or defective.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address in case of a return.
For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are subject to approval upon receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source. Customers must provide bank details for processing if required.
- A small fee of 2.5% (payment gateway fees) will be deducted from all refunds.
- For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days (please note: we do not hold this amount).
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Sassy Culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Limitations on available quantities
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
- Defects in product quality
Additional verification or information may be required before accepting certain orders.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
